About me - I have a young daughter called Lola (she will be 5 in
June 2018) & live with my husband Mark in the Marks Farm area of Braintree. I am a dog lover and we currently have
one rescue, the adorable Bonnie (yet another Lhasa Apso!) I enjoy spending time and training outdoors, especially when the
weather is good. I got heavily into exercise in my early 20's to treat depression and I always encourage clients
to use the physical activity route rather than prescription drugs (or in conjunction with) to help with their mental
well being. I enjoy running and completed a 10k charity run in around 67 minutes in 2014. We undertake the yearly Helihound
Charity walks in aid of the Essex Air Ambulance.
Power-Plate - I have been involved with Vibration Plate training for over 10 years (before going freelance I worked
for Power-Plate) working alongside various other vibration platforms. I have written courses to accreditation and have tutored
gyms & health clubs on the subject of WBV training. Therefore I am your number 1 choice in Essex for Power-Plate training!
For Personal Training - I am passionate about helping clients get good results, stay fit and healthy
but most importantly have fun and enjoy the sessions! I also aim to help clients to make changes to their lifestyle
in order to assist their long term health. I have a well equipped studio & also outdoor areas to train, plus I can also
train clients in their own homes if preferred.
