Walk & Talk sessions are available to all, but are particularly
aimed at people who want a regular meet up with someone outside their immediate family / friend circle, to essentially clear
their head and improve their sense of well being. I am by no means a counsellor, but from my early 20s, I struggled with my
demons and I even tried to take my own life. So I can speak from experience, have a good listening ear. My mental health was
a big reason why I got into exercise so much!
Walk & Talk sessions are available in the Braintree area only. Each
walk is around 30-40 minutes and the first one is free so that you can decide if it is right for you. After that, a course
of 5 sessions is £60. It is brisk walk and we can talk as much, or as little as you wish. Dogs on leads are also
