ViPR training is available with Inspired by Carly! ViPR stands for "Vitality, Performance & Re-conditioning"
and it bridges the gap between conventional strength training & functional training. It is a really great tool for
working lots of muscle groups at the same time. This can encourage fantastic fat burn (weight loss) as well as improving
strength, tone, co-ordination and fitness! This form of training is very similar to Power-Plate as it is Whole Body Integration,
therefore these 2 great tools work well together in a Personal Training session.
