SUCCESS STORY  - Well done to Jon who has hit his target of a 3 inch loss around the mid section & has improved his fitness levels significantly, through attending Personal Training with me. He's had to buy 5 new suits.

SUCCESS STORY  - Sandra has dropped from a size 16 to a 14 dress size since starting Power-Plate sessions. She sees me 2/3 times per week, plus also swims twice a week to keep her cardio fitness up!

JAMES Before

SUCCESS STORY - Well done to James for hitting his first 3 goals since starting training. He has reduced his trouser size, achieved weight loss and vastly improved his fitness levels. He can now get into a suit he hasnt worn since 2003! Plus he is top of the Leader board with his 12.25 time for his 1.5 mile test.

 Charlotte B has lost over 2 stone since November, 2-3 inches off her hips, waist and thighs, as well as dropping a dress size exercising one-to-one at Inspired by Carly, alongside a calorie controlled diet. She has an hour PT session once a week, one 30 min Power-Plate session then takes 2 30 min walks on her own. She is delighted with the results so far!!
